Creo que aún no os había hecho la presentación formal con mi mejor amigo del verano: el flamenco rosa gigante.
El año pasado estuve muy tentada, pero la verdad que me parecía un poco caro y decidí aguantarme. Este año me encontré una oferta y aunque he de reconocer que por un momento me dije a mi misma, Candela, a donde vas a ir con un flotador de flamenco rosa gigante, te va a mirar todo el mundo como si fueras una loca.
Y luego pensé, si con 23 años no tengo un flamenco rosa cuando lo tendré?? Y así nació esta preciosa historia de amor.

I think I had not made yet the formal presentation with my best friend of this summer: the giant pink flamingo.
Last year I was very tempted, but it seemed a little expensive and I decided to put up with. This year I found an offer and although I must admit that for a moment I said to myself, Candela, where you’re going with a float giant pink flamingo, everyone will look at you as if you were crazy.
