SUMMER WEDDING

Empezamos la semana y terminamos julio con un look especialmente pensado para esas bodas de verano que se celebran por la tarde, cuando empieza a caer un poco el sol.

He elegido este vestido porque me parece perfecto, tanto por su largo, su estampado como por su color. Lo veo el look apropiado para acudir a una boda en la que no se quiera desentonar pero tampoco llamar la atención. El largo por debajo de la rodilla lo convierte en el idóneo (protocolariamente hablando) para la hora del día que os he comentado, y los pequeños detalles de estrellar brillantes del estampado le dan un punto nocturno más festivo.

Lo he enfocado a un estilismo muy para bodas, pero con unas sandalias más simples y un bolso menos de ceremonia también puede ser un buen vestido para una fiesta de verano!

Al igual que pasó con los globos de Disneyland Paris, los pétalos de rosa y el arroz delante de esta iglesia fue una bonita y oportuna casualidad (no vaya a pensarse alguien que los puse yo ahí jaja). A raíz de estas fotos me ha dado por buscar el por qué de tirarles arroz a los novios, y con bastante sentido el motivo es porque simboliza la prosperidad y la fertilidad, sin embargo cada vez son más las ciudades que, a través de sus ayuntamientos, prohíben tirar arroz (porque atrae muchas palomas y puede ocasionar resbalones). Personalmente creo que la opción de los pétalos de rosa me gusta más, y es mucho más colorida, qué pensáis vosotras??

We
start the week and we finish July with a look specially thought for
those summer weddings that are celebrated in the afternoon, when the sun
starts to fall a bit.

I have chosen this dress because it seems perfect, as much for its length, its pattern as for its color. I see the appropriate look to go to a wedding in which you don’t want to clash but not call attention. The
length below the knee makes it the ideal (protocol) for the time of day
that I have mentioned, and the small details of bright stars of the
pattern give a more festive night.

I
have focused on styling very much for weddings, but with simpler
sandals and a less bag of ceremony can also be a good dress for a summer
party!

As
happened with the balloons of Disneyland Paris, the rose petals and
rice in front of this church was a nice and timely chance (don’t think
someone who put them there was me haha). As
a result of these photos, I have been trying to find the reason why to
throw rice to the couple, and with enough sense the reason is because it
symbolizes prosperity and fertility, however, more and more cities,
through their municipalities, prohibit throwing rice (because it attracts many pigeons and can cause slips). Personally I think that the option of the rose petals I like more, and it is much more colorful, what do you think?
